Guarantee
All ADENSYS products come with a guarantee against material defects and workmanship. Cartridges are covered by a 6 month guarantee*, combos are covered by a 12 month guarantee and all spare parts are covered by a 4 month guarantee.
In order to claim guarantees, we require that the defective/damaged parts be returned to us with a copy of the original invoice. Please note that this guarantee will not cover any claims that results from misuse, improper assembly, improper maintenance, as per the instructions issued by the original equipment manufacturer. * Cartridge guarantee times are generally lower because of the possibility for improper handpiece maintenance.
